Bilypsa Tablets contain Saroglitazar, a novel dual PPAR- and PPAR- agonist, widely prescribed for the management of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) associated with metabolic disorders. It helps improve liver health by reducing triglycerides, improving insulin sensitivity, and lowering liver enzyme levels.
