Cazanat 20 Tablets contain Cabozantinib, a targeted anticancer medication used in the treatment of certain advanced cancers. Cabozantinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that works by blocking specific proteins responsible for cancer cell growth, angiogenesis (formation of blood vessels), and tumor spread.
